Dyeing
A colour that cannot be repeated is not a colour.
Recipes are archived digitally; the same shade is produced to the same values when the repeat order arrives months later. Water and energy consumption are recorded per batch.

Finishing
Where the fabric gains its character.
Setting, softening, sanforizing and special finishes determine handle, dimensional stability and performance. Each finishing recipe is built around the intended end use.

Quality Control
Every metre shipped is a metre measured.
Weight, tensile and tear strength, dimensional change, fastness tests and surface inspection — the fabric passes a defined test set before it leaves.

Shipping
Forty-two countries, one delivery standard.
Packing, labelling and export documentation are prepared to the destination country’s regulations. The shipping plan is tracked in the same system as production.

04 Quality approach
Quality is not one stage, it is the sum of four.
Checking fabric only at the end means finding the fault at its most expensive point. So the measurement points are distributed through the process: at greige intake, after dyeing, at the finishing exit, and at final inspection.
