It began with a single workshop in Gaziantep in 1995. Today: three production facilities, more than 500 people, exports to forty-two countries.
01 Who we are
Textiles take patience.
A fabric does not come out right because one stage was done well. The greige has to be chosen correctly, the dye recipe has to be repeatable, the finish has to suit the end use — and in the end somebody has to actually measure that metre.
For thirty years our job has been keeping that chain unbroken. We have more facilities and customers in forty-two countries; the substance of the work has not changed.

How we decide
Habits built over thirty years — they describe how we will treat you across a customer relationship.
Measurability
If we are not claiming a figure, it is because we have not measured it. The quality report is the production record itself.
Consistency
Reproducing the same colour two years later, to the same values, is harder than getting it right once.
Transparency
We are open about our capacity and our limits. We do not commit to a lead time we cannot meet.
People
More than 500 people work here. Experience on the production line is knowledge no machine replaces.

Founded
Gencer Tekstil began production in Gaziantep. The foundations of how we work today were laid in that first workshop.
